From the Get Go.

We cook from scratch each morning before dawn — handcrafting fresh, honest fare from locally sourced, organic ingredients. We cure our own heritage bacon and slow roast our own pasture-raised beef.

Sustainable seafood comes to us straight from the Pacific and artisanal veggies, fruits and dairy from nearby family farms. We follow the seasons, too, and would no sooner serve tomatoes in January than parsnips in July. Every grower, rancher and supplier we partner with shares our belief that food with integrity starts from the ground up. Ocean up, too.
